02. Leaving or clearing an exercise
You can stop reading, clear the worksheet or close the page whenever you choose. These actions do not cancel a paid contract because no paid arrangement is formed by them. If you copied your notes into another tool, managing that copy is separate from clearing this page. Likewise, removing an email draft from the website preview does not remove a draft already stored by your email application.
03. Company information and service status
The site displays the CNPJ status Baixada (closed in the register), checked on 13 October 2026. It is not an offer of active agency services or a means of booking a project. A general inquiry does not reserve professional time, establish deliverables or create a deposit. No service-specific cancellation fee, deadline or refund percentage is published because this site does not establish such a service arrangement.

Verify the identity of the person requesting payment and ask for the agreement or document that explains the charge. The appearance of a company name, resource title or domain in a message is not sufficient evidence of authorization. Do not send card details, account passwords or unnecessary financial records through the general inquiry form. Preserve relevant correspondence so you can explain a concern without disclosing unrelated information.
05. Raising a genuine payment concern
If you made a payment through another party or service, contact the actual recipient or payment provider through a verified channel. Identify the date, amount and transaction reference as appropriate. A general question about a claim involving this website can also be addressed to [email protected]. This page cannot approve a refund for an unidentified transaction or promise a processing time on behalf of a third party.
06. Applicable protections
Nothing in this notice removes a right or remedy that applies by law to an actual payment or agreement. This explanation is about the absence of transactions on these pages, not a denial that a person may have a separate valid claim.
